For our Product development team, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for monitoring the scrum processes and scrum meetings. You will increase team efficiency, motivate the team, and ensure quality and timeliness. We are looking for a strong person who can work within an international team (partly working remote from other countries) in a challenging startup environment.
Your goals will be
Facilitate the team for better creativity and improve the efficiency
Managing the Scrum process
Removing the impediments for the team
Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo, and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of the adaptation process
Help the product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape
Execute the backlogs according to the priorities set by the product owner
Act as a safeguard for the team
Background as a developer with relevant experience in building production software products (at least 5 years)
Scrum Master Certified – an expert in Agile methodologies
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Good coaching skills
Preferably experience with open source projects
Some experience with ZenHub and GitHub would be great
Excellent knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand the team needs
Ability to take commitment to deliver on time
Strong desire to work on creating novel solutions to tough technical problems, and pushing them through to become production-ready solutions
Some experience with Kubernetes would be awesome
