Technical Marketing Manager

As a Technical Marketing Manager you evangelize our Otomi Container Platform product to both technical and non technical audiences by expressing the technical capabilities of the product as values to our target audiences. You understand our customers, our community, the challenges they face, and how our product can solve those challenges for them. You’re happy talking to and teaching others and an eager learner. You will work closely with our product and sales team, and our partners. You will be responsible for technical marketing content and representing Red Kubes as a technical evangelist at meetups and customer meetings.


  • Teach our audiences about how to create a multi- and hybrid Container Platform with Kubernetes and Otomi Container Platform and how it can be valuable to them, introducing them to new innovative concepts which can help them achieve their goals
  • Showcase the capabilities of Otomi Container Platform for the use cases which our audiences care about
  • Create, roll out, and maintain technical content such as demos, videos, workshops, tutorials, blogs, and whitepapers to connect Otomi Container Platform capabilities to customer needs
  • Represent Red Kubes at customer engagements together with sales at conferences and community- and customer meetups

About you:

  • Preferably native Englisch speaking
  • 4 to 6 years of hands-on technical experience deploying, configuring and implementing, Container Platforms like OpenShift, Pivotal PKS or Rancher
  • Good understanding of all popular Kubernetes Cloud PaaS offerings like Azure AKS and AWS EKS
  • Technical background in Application Development and IT operations
  • 2-3 years experience developing demos, webinars and videos
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies across the software development lifecycle. Preferably in a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service offerings
  • Able to coordinate across multiple teams and perform in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and work with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications
